BRAVE CF’s Louis Glismann on Abdoul fight: “He’s been on my radar since day one”

Manama: Louis Glismann made his BRAVE Combat Federation debut during the 2020 summer European Takeover. The Danish grappler did so in great fashion, submitting Henri Lintulla with a beautiful rear-naked choke. Now Glismann heads to the Kingdom of Bahrain to take on the former Welterweight World Champion Abdoul Abdouraguimov but he’s not surprised by the match-up, as he revealed he was planning to face Abdouraguimov since he joined the promotion.

“Abdoul has been on my radar since day one. I admire his skills and ground game, I won’t trash talk the guy”, Glismann said during an interview. “That doesn’t mean that I will give him an easy fight, though, I’m a very dangerous opponent and I’m sure I have the tools to beat him”.

“It’s gonna be a great fight, we both know and enjoy fighting on the ground and I’m sure it’s going to be a very interesting bout for the fans”, he followed up. “I truly believe that the winner of this match is going to fight for the title next, that’s why I wanted it so bad”.

Louis Glismann will face Abdoul Abdouraguimov in the co-main event of the evening of BRAVE CF 44. The event, headlined by the Lightweight title fight between the champion Cleiton “Predador” Silva and the challenger Amin Ayoub, will take place on November 5th, in Riffa, Bahrain.
